The Point Nemo brand was made with the idea of offering some of the best marine and outdoor products while simultaneously giving back to the oceans. We do this by affiliating with ocean conservation and directing profits to ocean cleanup efforts and marine life protection groups. This is what separates us from the majority of outdoor brands. 

The return policy for most store items consists of a 10 day window of time for satisfaction testing and time to send the order back. The refund time limit goes into place after arrival of the ordered item.

Shipping times are the same for most items. If shipping will vary on a product, whether it means longer or faster shipping, it will be addressed and specified on the product page. Most Items take 3-5 business days to arrive.
